Printed: 21 × 21 hardcover by 30 November, A4 hardcover by 30 November. Digital by 15 December. Important: approve the preview within 2 working days, or it gets tight. All dates are estimates.
Because we make your preview first. You look at it in peace, and only after you approve it is the book printed for your child alone and sent. That takes a few days longer than a book off the shelf.
Then choose the digital edition or put a printed gift card under the tree. The printed book follows.
Our dates are estimates, not a guarantee. In December the post sometimes takes longer. If it gets tight, write to us and we’ll look into it together. You can print the gift card at any time.
You pay nothing before you approve the preview. What applies after approval is set out in the withdrawal policy.
Send us a photo of the spot by e-mail. We’ll sort it out with the printer and get back to you.
Under “My books” you can always see where your order stands. We answer questions about the parcel by e-mail.
