How your book gets to you.
Every book is printed for your child alone and sent anywhere in the EU.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the 27 EU countries. The board book (thick board pages) goes to addresses in Germany only for now.
Shipping costs
Prices include VAT. Shipping costs depend on the country; the table below lists all 27. The book page shows the shipping for each edition, and the order shows it again before you pay.
Shipping is free on orders of €50.00 or more (after any discount). Countries with free shipping: Germany.
Shipping by country
Our hardcover books ship from the printer’s lab in Germany or the Netherlands. The post charges per country; we pass that on at cost, VAT included. The table shows the shipping for one book; you see the amount for your address before you order.

Delivery time
Printed books arrive 10–14 business days after payment. Under “My books” you can see at any time where your order stands.
The digital book is ready to download under “My books” right after payment.
Returns
Each book is made for your child alone. There is therefore no right of withdrawal for printed books, and for the digital book it ends once we make it available, which you agree to before paying. Details: right of withdrawal.
If something goes wrong in printing, send us a photo of the spot at hello@kitak.shop. We’ll sort it out with the printer and get back to you; your statutory rights for defects remain.
